TB Wall Nailbase wall insulation panels

TB WALL is an external wall insulation panel that combines XPS foam and an outer OSB sheathing.  TB WALL nails directly to your stud wall.  TB WALL provides continuous insulation with a nailable sheathing for any type of siding.   

TB WALL insulated sheathing comes in 1 1/2" (R = 5.6) and 2" (R = 10.6) sizes.   TB Wall works with the insulation in your stud wall to meet building code requirements.  More importantly, it acts to retard thermal bridging which causes moisture in your walls.   TB WALL also acts as a barrier to air infiltration.   The board insulation in TB WALL insulates evenly and effectively.

1 1/2" TB WALL can be added to an existing home's typical 2 x 6 walls if allowances are made for the additional thickness with window and door trim and details.   In new home construction a home that was 2 x 6 wall structure can be changed to 2 x 4 construction with 1  1 /2" TB WALL.  The overall thickness will measure 5 1/2", same as a 2 x 6.
