TecWRAP and TechBREAKER share the same rubber covering and under siding flaps.   TechBREAKER is a complete insulation panel with covering bonded to XPS foam,  8' in length in either 1" (R =5) or 2" (R=10) thicknesses.  TecWRAP is the rubberized covering bonded to a thin waterproof foam layer that helps conform to uneven surfaces.   TecWRAP (R = 1) in a 25' roll can be installed directly to any foundation, new or existing, as is.   Optionally you can bond foundation insulation board foam (see installation instructions) to TecWRAP and mechanically install as a unit to the foundation.
