How do you install it?

Use mechanical fasteners (tapcon-type) see Installation Instructions

How do you cut it?

Cut the rubberized covering with a utility knife, cut or trim the foam with a saw or serrated knife

How do you make corners?

The corners are built in to the end flap.  Inside or outside corners can be made.  Use adhesive strip then mechanically fasten through the end top and bottom of the flap 

Does Tech BREAKER resist impacts?

Yes, the rubberized covering shrugs off lawn mower projectiles.  Even a weed whacker will not penetrate.  No pebbles or polymer glue to fall off!
